I don't know if community is aware of this, but there is a new Threetoe's story up, after all those months...

Nice. Love those stories.
I especially liked how that fort dealt with elves. Good riddance for the buggers.

I assume these "animal people" are anthropomorphics. We already have batmen and the like - such variety! I can't wait to see these creatures in-game, if they make it in.

"Although the seagull men weren't explicitly stated as such (unless you emphasize the "they" in "Almok was alone, when *they* came"), there might be special units"

And of course you would emphasize the "they" with asterisks to indicate high-quality units. Either that or make it flash.  :D

Hey thanks for the reminder... though honestly at this point I'd rather wait for the big update so I don't have to fiddle with the language more than once. (If I recall, more words are being added to the various civs' dictionaries, and I don't want any hassles with accidentally making the same word in one language have more than one English translation. Again.)

Nice.
Though of course in real DF, the dwarves would have lived to kill every single elf and animal and tree in the world.   :D

I love the analysis - the dwarves are evil but hey that's a normal fort when we are running it, and they decided to break the peace treaty because we took over. It's hilarious because it's true.
