[39c] Unknown crash, possibly related to stuck merchants; saves included

I have been experiencing crash at some moment of playing. I have tracked this moment and I have a series of saves. The last save I have, is the save where it crashes after 2-3 secs after loading.

I hope these would help to track fix the problem.

I'm having trouble getting through the russian.  It seems like there are 4 numbers I have to type, and then press the button below, but that doesn't work.

OMG, I spent nearly a minute and a half trying to figure out what I was looking at on that page.   :o  Talk about a perfect example of how phishing works.  "Download", "Download now!", "Download Here"... and I have Ad-Block Plus

This has been fixed for next time.  I'm not quite sure who was responsible, but there were some reaction checks being done by creatures only partially associated to civs that weren't done correctly.
