[39b] Missing Trade Depot message when n/a.

I get the caravan arrived message, then get the message "The merchants need a trade depot to unload their goods", even though there is aready one built and accessible. I let the merchants continue, and they entered the depot fine and we're trading now.

Got that one as well. Three forts, same message everytime the merchants arrived.
