I noticed when looking at my Region's civilizations in the textfile in the DF directory, that the rulers for human civilzations are not listed (though they are listed for all other civilizations).  Here's an excerpt:

Human civ leaders are gone for the time being, though eventually the site leaders will fight more often and perhaps be able to unify the towns under their rulership.  So the txt file there will be blank for now.
