I did a search for this but no results so I thought I'd post it.

I randomly noticed this when digging a tunnel under an ocean, and checking to see if wagons are capable of going through. At first I thought it might be the aquifer, but then noticed it was directly under the ocean so I tested it in-land.

It shows up the hidden aquifer/damp tiles under 'No Wagon Access' on the (D)epot Access screen.
