Double Edit: I should never have created this topic!

Die monster! You don't belong in this world!

That's what I was getting at, in a roundabout fashion ;-) I apologize for assuming you were trolling, by the way.

As a token of apology, have at you!

Until I saw that, I didn't know what was going on. Now I do, and it was awesome.

Best PS1 game ever.

My copy's long gone though, I beat both castles.

Now, see, I've never played any of the Castlevanias.  Here I thought you folks were being original.

They still get partial credit because it is a gaming reference.

Sss'la actually.  Reused for the Saurian default leader name in Master of Orion 1.

I loved Master of Magic.  I heard a rumor a while ago that some of the original team were working on a MofM 2, but it was a while ago, and I don't know if it peetered out or was real or what.

No, it's Sss'ra. I have MoM open in DOSBox right now.

Someone is wrong on the Internet! I must fix it!

Damn, I was wrong both ways.  It's Sss'ra in MofM, and Sssla was the planet name.  I have shamed myself on the internet.  My life is over.

Lol, those are silly names.  When my friend was little, he and his friend(Who I HATE) made up a Lizardman named Sassf.  It turns out adding S's and A's to a name makes it reptilian.

Anyone remember the lizardman language in Ultima Underworld? No? Oh yeah, nobody ever played that game.

*Sniffle.*

Geez, it was a pain to learn.

The need to learn a new "language" as part of gameplay is the kind of stuff we will no longer see in this era of big-publishing gaming.

Aw, I come in here so I can rant, and here you all are having a civil discussion about Nintendo Hard games. (look it up on tvtropes )

I remember trying to play King's Quest V when I was a lad. Was that an exercise in futility. Oh look, I failed to save a random talking mouse. Therefore, I die... one hour later. Oooooh boy.
