More control over unit sorting

Currently units are sorted by job groups, so all the farmer type jobs are listed next to each other and so on. However there are a number of times when I'd rather they just sorted by the custom title I give them (and if your feeling really nice let us change the colour too :))

Ideally it would sort as it currently is unless a dwarf has a custom title and those would sort as though they were in their own job group.
