So, I've been playing on an ocean map to empty the ocean(I know I've posted this in several places, I hardly have time to play anymore) and ocean mist has been hitting the shore, making it harder to see when making constructions on the shoreline. This is also a problem with Miasma, for those who have corpses inside. So, I propose a solution, make an ingame option(Though init file would suffice I guess) to turn off mist, miasma, and the like so view isn't obscured. Simple, useful, and probably easy to implement.

Or you could make mist or miasma turn the background color to white or purple, respectively, whenever there is an abject, building, or creature occupying the square.

Walls don't block waves, I've got a bunch up already.

But yeah, the background color idea works out well I think.
