Animals age and other info
« on: June 29, 2008, 02:18:27 pm »

This web has a list with all (or a bigf number) of animals and their Longevity, Adult weight, Sexual maturity age, Gestation time and Litter/clutch size.
Maybe this informtion could be used to check the current (or user created) data in the game.

Very good resource, should indeed be helpful. It even lists more than 5 different badger types. Excellent.

I guess if I give vermin ages, some of the clams need to live a very long time.

On a somewhat related note, growning coral and sponges would be awesome.

Well groups of Vermin (AKA Swarms) should have no Lifespans. If only because many vermin such as flies live very short lifespans.

One thing you can do Toady... is I guess set it up so all vermin can become swarms and groups... and only singular vermine have age. Though... that is a tad too much work.
