...My jewelcrafter just got Possessed. Game paused and everything. He's blinking with a pink exclamation point.

He doesn't seem to be doing anything particularly harmful. Just claimed his workshop and started cutting gems. But I get the feeling this isn't as innocuous as it seems...

when this happened with my metalsmith, it was a Good Thing. Unfortunately, you can also get bad variety of poessions, or maybe i just didn't have any gems for my poessesed jeweler to work on.

do tell us of the results though, might be interesting.

If you press [q] and go to the shop they claim, you can get a vague idea of what they want.  If they don't claim a shop, you have to guess the right kind.

When you have a bad variant of a possession, it will be quite clear.

Hm. He's looking for rough gems. Perhaps I'll sate his need for them just to see what happens.

Whoops, he just went insane. Guess I didn't have enough rough gems lying around.

aye, happened to me too. My metalsmith, however, had plenty of tin and decorating material, and made me a lovely artifact door, and without using any coal at that.

One of my guys went insane and gatherer marble and 6 pieces of bone and made me a Plant Fiber short sword, with alot of various enhancements made out of bone and marble. Would have been cooler though if he had made a bone sword with marble handle
