Forbid them, when it comes to taming lock them and the trainer into a room with some food and unforbid them.
Hope that works.More likely the trainer will get hungry and get a serious case of exotic munchies.

You don't even need to unforbid them. Taming still works while they're forbidden, so long as the animal trap itself is not forbidden.

I remember on the 2D version my hunters managed to catch a fairy. I decided it'd make a nice pet for someone and put a train small creature job on the kennels. Shortly after, the job cancelled, saying 'No Creature'. Then I noticed a noble wandering off towards his dining room carrying a yellow dot...

 Nobles are evil.

 They eat faeries.

I would bet money Andrew has edited things retroactively, except I can't prove anything because it was edited retroactively.

the spinning bb round hits jack johnson, scumbag in the lower body!
it is pierced through entirely!
his right kidney has been poked out!
his liver has been mangled!

jack johnson, raider has been shot and killed.

The above (including bbcode) neatly weighs in at 255 characters. Fallout meets DF

Dwarves burn coke and eat sprite.  Booze is the only fitting dwarven drink.
