A Father. I should be bounding off the walls with joy, but I feel only sadness.  I am forced to ignore my wife and the newborn child lest our captors discover our marriage.  A Dwarf with plans such as mine endangers the lives of those he loves.  My resolve however, has been steeled, no child of mine shall live their life as a slave.  I will do whatever it takes to ensure this.

Dresdor has helped me gain support in the compound, many of the other captives are eager to follow anyone who gives them so much as a sliver of hope that they will escape.  I have a few dwarves in the mines, Dresdor has been gathering them in the masonry site west of the compound.  

While I have the dwarves, I lack the tools, our Captors keep close tabs on the tools in the compound, and I have yet to find a way to secret some away from them, and without tools we are useless.  I shall be patient and be ever vigilant for an opportunity to present itself.

Well everyone I just got a spot in the Warhammer Online Closed Beta, which means I'll have very little time for this story.  I'll quite likely continue to update it, albeit at a much slower pace.  If anyone found the story interesting and wants to take a turn at it I'd be more than happy to turn over the save along with the unrevealed plans for the story that they would be more than welcome to incorporate.
