Help Making new race

Hey guys, this is my frist time modding, and i wanted to create a new EVIL race: The Orcs.
How i Imagined it, is that the orcs are like humans in the way that they create towns. However, they are CARNIVORUS and stronger than any single member of another race. (It would be cool if i could make them cannibalistic, so if they run out of food, they start fighting and eating one another) So far this is what i have:

Its not completley done, I want to make them Green.
Now afaik you cant make races build their own custom towns can you. I wanted Orcs to build circular buildings in mostly wastelands and have custom nobles and whatnot. My CIV entry doesn't seem to work as is though. It doesn't make any Orc towns and i can't play as them when i add the CIV_CONTROLLABLE Tag. Any help

Thanks for any help/cleanup. They are far from done, i just want to get them to make sites before i start making them a distinct race.

I know it is a teeny tiny thing, but if they are evil their religion should be [EVIL_PANTHEON]. I think.

I ditched religeon for now. Im gonig to add a tribal religeon when i get their civs running.

I don't see anything out of the ordinary. That entity grouping evil might prevent fortress and adventure mode, but it's a stretch. I can't really see why they would.

As a side note if you are planning on using them in fortress mode I would give them the dwarven trap comp tags.  At the very least the corkscrew. You can't make pumps without being able to make giant screw traps.

These are mutually exclusive.  You can have one or the other, but not both.  There's nothing wrong with your civ entry (aside from there being two [CAN_HAVE_MILITARY_LEADER] tags).  The reason it wasn't making any towns was because it couldn't make the creature to build those towns.

There is no such thing as an [EVIL_PANTHEON], so far as I know.


EDIT:  Also, the EVIL entity grouping does nothing to prevent fort or adventure mode.  However, evil entities won't trade with each other, and neither will anyone else.  Take this as you will.

EDIT2:  To make them green, change the [COLOR:7:0:0]  to [COLOR:2:0:0].  Job colorations will still override this, only unskilled peasants will be green.

Your own race will trade with you, as long as they have access to pack/pull animals. Same goes for other evil entities.
