ANY gem into smelter?
« on: October 22, 2008, 09:56:39 pm »

I want a smelter reaction that takes any gem at all, doesn't matter what kind, and makes a product out of it. I know precisely how to do the product part, but how do I ask for just gems?

The Unforgotten Beast, Shoruke, has come! A pale-skinned human. It has heterochromatic eyes and moves in an unpredictable manner. Beware its rapier wit!

[REAGENT:1:SMALLGEM:NO_SUBTYPE:STONE:NO_MATGLOSS]
However you'll need a reaction for EVERY type of gem if you want the game to determine the type of gem in the end.
If you use this "generic" reaction the game will accept any type of gem but the final product will not be affected by the type of the gem accepted (if there's the thing you need then it's ok).

In any reaction if you want to make a "generic" reaction just replace the material-related tokens with NO_MATGLOSS.
