community _fortress_ mod

So, I want to make a fortress with some mods in it. But I want the mods to be community chosen or whatever. I've already got some of the "It's an Ecologist's World" mod in, but I need more. I want to add some new weapons, like this (among other things):

And god creatures for the goblins. Which would be especially cool if they came in sieges sometimes. That would definitely rock.

I'm probably rambling, so let's get on this to make an awesome modded community fortress.

if you want some horrible raider creatures you can add these. just make sure you add VERMIN_LAVA to your dwarves, it doesn't affect dwarves more than these creatures being able to attack you. they won't come often, but when they do you will have some real trouble. a single entrance, good warriors, surrounding outdoor farms (for early warning) and a good failsafe should be implemented. some of them drop really nice things as well, if you decide to battle them that is, and not just wall yourself in. i love playing with this mod, as it will make you shiver every time those hoary marmots decide to leave the map, which might mean the spawning of a wraith army, or two huge firebreathing adamantium spiders ^^

Some time ago from now, seers, priests and royal mages noticed a surge of magic ripping through the land. The origin was uncertain, but the surge was strong, almost explosive. Shortly after, the prominent dwarven fortress of Zarolin Tinöth which traded with mostly all kingdoms regularly, wasn't heard of anymore. An expeditionary team of ten was led there by a royal knight, a single pikeman returned. The news of this creature changed the world.

Probably the work of some evil necromancer, the quality of the armor used suggest a dwarf as well. The wings are the most interesting, as it appears they vanish when the creature dies even though they aren't ethereal in origin.

Savage red trolls aren't cave dwellers but scour the lands in search for foes. These things fight without the need to feed or defend themselves, it just seems like their nature.

ive changed "losing is fun" into "losing is easy" ^^
they dont come to often though, and its nais to have a real challenge for your military once or twice a year, or to have a reason for those really smart traps and flooding chambers.

The slarn has 2 population numbers and its poison doesn't seem to be anywhere in the code.

death wish mod ^^ sounds cool. im actually playing a fortress now being puonded by all five of those creatures along with crossbow gobbos, it's pain i tell you.
the wraith creature is especially badass, as you can't shut it out with moats and it can enter from everywhere. recently i had 7 of them enter through my water reservoir by destroying the pump and draining it. the dwarves in my dining room got a nasty surprise when they emerged through the indoor waterfalls ^^

EDIT: The item drops for these creatures sometimes make the game crash or just simply fail to work, i suggest removing them if anyone uses them, i will try to figure out whats wrong

Gobbo's aren't that bad.... I got these guys.
