How to make wrestlers spawn with a weapon?

Such as making a wrestler adventurer spawn with this:

code:
 [ITEM_WEAPON:ITEM_WEAPON_BATTLE_FIST]
[NAME:battle fist:battle fists]
[DAMAGE:150:HEAT]
[WEIGHT:80]
[SKILL:WRESTLING]
[CRIT_BOOST:1]
[TWO_HANDED:1]
[MINIMUM_SIZE:1]
[MATERIAL_SIZE:4]

I cant seem to make them spawn with it. I'm not sure if it's something to do with Wrestlers never starting with weapons otherwise.

There is no WRESTLING skill, use UNARMED instead. See this thread for a complete list of skills.
