code:

[NAME:*remove this*prepare stone]
[SMELTER]
[REAGENT:1:STONE:NO_SUBTYPE:STONE:NO_SUBTYPE]
[PRODUCT:100:1:BAR:NO_SUBTYPE:METAL:PROCK]

into matgloss_metals

[WEAPON][ARMOR][ANVIL]
[DAMAGE_PERC:60]
[BLOCK_PERC:110]

Armour is 110 percent of iron but weapons are only 60 apart from that rock is identical to steel

EDIT: added the *remove this* to stop    :p coming up

Not a bad idea, and it's something else to do with all the stone, at least.

Fixed. The 2nd NO_SUBTYPE should be NO_MATGLOSS. Also turn off smiley faces to prevent smiley faces from showing up.

Problem: when you start a new fort, in the embark screen you get a stone anvil instead of an iron one... Which means instead of 1000 points for ditching it, I get 500. Real game-killer there.

Fix for that: Make Prock's value equal to that of iron.
