Oh yeah, definately. I find my FPS ranges from 100 to 10... its like something happens every so often that just destroys things. I wouldn't mind so much if the game ran at 20fps steady, but the oscillatory nature is unnerving. The GUI becomes painful to use and combat is hard to track.
