A question about boiling silk.
« on: May 02, 2008, 03:09:00 am »

I've got reported about this in my mod.

I remember I saw something like this in someone's mod but I can't remember what is it but maybe someone also encountered this?

I've just added another type of spiders - forest spiders, and they are similar to GCS. I don't think their silk is different, but anything can happen...
Any ideas?

Is it something with SILK_BOILING_POINT? There was none in vanilla game for GCS.

You've most likely got an entity conflict.  You didn't happen to make any new creatures that share a name with some other creature, did you?

And I would assume that there is indeed a tag such as that.  It just wasn't required.  Do you have [STANDARD_FLESH] on your forest spiders?

This was reportad by a man who played a version where I had duplicated giant cave spiders. How can it change the things then?

I fixed it fast indeed.
