So, I make my adventurer. Put some points into Armor, Shield, Throwing, and Wrestling, as I got the idea to make a Captain America lookalike and throw my shield at everything. However, I start with no armor or sheild to throw, so I'm feeling a little dissapointed, and wander off to Designated Quest Monster #1, with a drunk in tow. Killed a few mole dogs, when my drunk buddy finds the baddy for me. This is what happened...

The minotaur is having more trouble breathing!
The minotaur's liver has been badly bruised!
You collide with The minotaur!
The minotaur is knocked over!
You strangle The minotaur's throat!
You strangle The minotaur's throat!
The minotaur passes out.

Gan Ustusposmo, minotaur has been shot and killed. 

Eventually I got sick of trying to choke him out, not to mention afraid he'd wake back up. At any rate, now I have a Minotaur to throw at people.

i gotta say, bashing a minotaur with a fistful of sand is pretty hardcore though

You ought to be able to blind some opponents by chucking sand at their eyes.

Forget throwing minotaurs at people. Try dual wielding masterwork iron statues. That produces some carnage right there.

Ah yes, almost every time I go on a massacre, I end up throwing a corpse at my enemies at some point.
