how do you trade? all I can do is pack all my stuff on that guys stupid mule and I get nothing in return...

he says "Wow, these are great, thanks! Now, what would you like to trade?"

make sure that you press the "t" button, not the "o" button.

Also, to select what you want from them, press the left button to select the stuff they have
