Can't get dwarfs to move goblin cages

A vile force of darkness arrived and filled up many of my cage traps.  Now I long to execute the goblins, but my dwarfs STILL haven't reloaded the cage traps or moved the goblin cages to the appropriate stockpiles.  I do see 'load cage traps' listed many times in the tasks menu, but even though I've eliminated all hauling tasks except animal hauling for ten of my dwarfs, they still aren't doing anything.  Some of them are listed as having no job.

Any advice?

As it turns out, I forgot to pause my indoors burrow after the big attack.  DOH!

Goblin cages are now moving.
