I'm modding the difference between
1H weapon and a 2H weapon to stand out more,
but is there any benefit or increase in damage like d&d
if my dorf uses a 1H weapon with multigrasp?

Multigrasp is intended as a penalty for being too small to wield it one-handed. It weakens attacks if a shield or additional weapon is equipped (mostly relevant for invaders). There is only a small advantage to using a single weapon - it still counts as having an open hand for being able to grab the helmet off a downed enemy regardless of how many hands you use to hold it.
There's no real concept of a "1H weapon with multigrasp", the closest you'd get to that idea would be a weapon with a multigrasp threshold near 60,000 such that roughly half can wield it 1H vs 2H.
