If Jim remembers correctly from what the cultists mentioned the only way out of here is by killing these fellas so Jim heads over to the bleeding weirdo and puts them out of their obvious misery... by setting them on fire... I mean just look at them they probably are already in agony anyway isn't like he could comprehend the extra pain! Eh worse case I could probably just kick them until they pass on I guess if the river they are kind of floating in refuses to let me fry them properly.
