« on: October 10, 2023, 04:36:07 am »

Crafting is an art, a language of creativity that speaks through your hands, and the supplies you use are the alphabets forming words of this beautiful language. Just like a superior sublimation printer brings your designs to life with vibrant colors and precise detailing, these crafting supplies breathe life into your paper craft projects. As crafting experts at CraftsSelection.com, we're here to guide you through the top five must-have supplies for paper crafting. To further assist you in making an informed decision, we've also developed detailed craft tool comparisons that can help you select the best products for your needs.

1. High-Quality Craft Paper

Think of craft paper as the canvas on which you'll paint your ideas. The right craft paper will deliver high-quality prints consistently. It sets the foundation for your project, dictating its look, feel, and durability. From cardstock and vellum to origami and tissue paper, each type has its unique texture, weight, and finish that lend themselves to different projects.

2. Precision Cutting Tools

Sharp, precise cutting tools are to crafting what a high-resolution printer is to printing - indispensable. They allow you to cut intricate designs and shapes with ease. Whether it’s a pair of crafting scissors for basic cuts, a craft knife for detailed work, or a die-cutting machine for mass production, having the right cutting tools can significantly enhance your craft-making skills.

3. Versatile Adhesives

A good adhesive can hold everything together. From liquid glue and double-sided tapes to glue dots and foam pads, each type of adhesive serves a different purpose. They ensure your embellishments, photos, and papers stick firmly, giving your crafts a professional finish.

4. Embellishments

Embellishments are the finishing touches that bring your craft projects to life, adding color and detail to your designs. Beads, buttons, ribbons, stickers, and sequins - these little elements add depth, texture, and personality to your crafts.

5. Stamps and Inks

Stamps and inks allow you to create beautiful, intricate designs without the need for drawing skills. Much like how a sublimation printer can reproduce any digital design flawlessly, stamps and inks can replicate beautiful motifs and patterns in your crafts.

I would advise a more dwarfy way to deal with the dwarf. Have him swim in a moat filled with alligators. You never know, maybe he will survive against all odds and become a master swimmer and wrestler.

No, I would never use military on members of my own entities (government or civ), there's too much risk and no benefit which cannot be obtained in another way. If this artefact is magma-safe, I would try magma swimming exercises. If not, then water swimming, as advised above. Or something like wild animals (black mambas, cave crocs, whatever). You could also cage the dwarf, and drop the cage from a high elevation (I assume this still works). It would look like and accidents.

Personally, I still have on my retinue a dwarf who brought my artefact to an agent (who happen to be intelligent undead, like most agents in my world), and still have the agent alive, and visiting me periodically. I like my vengeance cold, I know from what tower the agent comes, and will invade it in a year or two. And for the dwarf, he's a legendary armorsmith, so he still has his uses. Artefacts are aplenty, I've just dug out about ten from deep below, and the dwarf is just a tool. I would go for the mastermind instead.

I usually just send in a single armored dwarf to the cell to deal with the individual. No witnesses = no complications.

Dealing with an offending fort member is much simpler, as you can assign them to any old lever to get them where you want them. Doing a Cask of Amontillado is easy enough.

Reading his name would trigger it. Thinking of him would trigger it. No other circumstances would trigger it- it was strictly related to the concept of Bill Clinton entering the conscious mind.

I think this needs clarification. Is the restrained individual a member of the fort, or is his accomplice?
