I was looking at the Displayed Food Preferences topic, and none of it seems to be happening in Steam version.

Dwarves completely ignore meals with their preferred ingredients, and just grab any random food. They also ignore the quality of the meals. Did anything change in how they search for food?

Or a feature? If I remember correctly, dwarves now get good thoughts from quality meals even without preferred ingredients. So maybe the preferences no longer apply?

I'm not sure if they even get good thoughts from things like preferred furniture. They seem to just like whatever they stumble upon.

At least drink preferences seem to be working, at least for drinks in barrels.
