Is my digging team fast enough and why didn't they went sleep in their rooms?

This is the digging team at work, they all took a nap on the floor after work but I'm sure they mostly had their own assigned room with beds and furniture...

Do you have any bad forgotten beast extract lying around that they all walked through? That's the only reason I've seen for mass dozing like that.
