[Premium Dwarf Fortress] Workshop - Object folder only Mods?

It sounds like we can upload both graphics and objects to Steam, but not make changes to the data folder. Can this be confirmed?

1) Can World Gen Parameters (and Embarks profiles) also be uploaded?
2) Can the data folder content be modified and uploaded?
