fighting with two weapons

Is there any advantage (or even difference) if I fight with two weapons instead of weapon+shield or a 2h-weapon? Of course I'll have a better chance to block with a shield, but I mean concerning damage output.

it does mean that if you drop one weapon by accident (eg embeded in your enemies arm) you can then continue fighting with a proper weapon

Don't want to open a new topic for that:
What's with these arrows stuck in my hand/leg, can I remove them somehow? Some kobold thieves shot them before I cut their arms off. Doesn't even disable me to use both hands, but...well, it just looks strange   ;).

Yep, nteract (that's Shift+I, or else it'd be nteract).

Be careful, though... pulling out objects gives a good chance of starting to bleed.

Heh, my Slayer lost enough blood to fill whole rooms. I don't care about bleeding - dwarves are far too tough to be stopped by something like that

pul the arrow out, then use it to stab the little bugger to death...
