lol ok you know eat now i know how to make enemys eatable but now i want to be able todrink the coguar blood of my stell spear i dont care if t discusting im a barbaian il do what i please! any one help? know how to change this or is then base code and ill have to get a hex editor and look for the pointers?

In the future, you'll be able to eat and drink whatever you please, with the side "bonus" of catching diseases if you're eating/drinking something that you'd never eat/drink in real life (unless you have pica or something).  However, the current "No, that's disgusting" is a hardcoded placeholder.  The only way you'll be able to drink blood at this particular point and time in DF development is if you code it in yourself (or as you suggest, use a hex editor, though I somehow doubt that it's going to be that easy to change).

ah its just a pointer though all i need to change the value for eatable and non-eatable and change that but yes yay disease! heck yes gonna get every disease there is lol oh yes and there is a [sucking_blood] tag =p

and i kill animals

and burn their corpses

and i would love it if i could just eat them

Mine's carting around a bunch of sun berries and strawberries (and booze) which he took from the fort I made his masterwork adamantine armor and weapons in. Alas, it's a tiny pocket world, so there's not much to do (Killed demon, check, killed bronze colossus from a quest, twice, check, "Simply give yourself to oceans", check (thus why I had to kill the colossus a second time)...).

His (EDIT: valcon's) spelling's perfect, and it's not leetspeak, and he's not omitting 3/4 of the letters from half the words. It's easy to read, and the thoughts are nicely separated. Why give a damn? I'm picky with grammar (making exceptions for colloquial expression) but I don't complain unless it's a problem.

And I like what he has to say about licking cooked chunks of flesh. But that's the way I am.   Mmmm, cat-flesh.
