Hotkey presses should cancel follow cam

This one is pretty prosaic, but it’s also probably just a one line change somewhere in the code. It bugs me when I’m following a unit (or item) and I want to go look somewhere else, that the hotkeys are disabled. You have to press an arrow key first to break out of follow cam, and then you can use the hotkeys. Could we please have the hotkeys able to still work (and auto-cancel the follow cam) while in follow cam?
