Tavern Tales is a rules light, open-world fantasy adventure being hosted continuously on the Bay12 Discord since May 2019. The game is focused on exploration, interaction and combat in a fantasy world on the cusp of industrialization. Trek through dense forests with wonderous creatures and foul beasts, venture into ancient runes of a long gone civilization, interact with khans, dynasts, and dragons - or simply go out and explore!

The rules are simple - even a beginner to TTRPGs can make a character and get into the game in about a half hour - and can be found on https://taverntalesrpg.weebly.com/. Don't feel the need to read through all of it to get involved, I will walk you through what you need to know, but if you are curious to learn about the system I would recommend going through the "Traits" section. These will define your character.

If you have any questions about the game or the system, please ask.

Yeah, but I don't own the entire server. There's a lot of stuff there indeed, but I only run Tavern Tales.

I can vouch for Stoir - I'm the one who introduced him to the Discord, and I played in Tavern Tales before. It was fun and he was a good GM.
