As it's only a Press Room (nobody actually important will be talking on the podium) it looks like they didn't bother to set up any Big Red Lever connected to an overhead Magmahatch.

(Properly placed, that would at least solve a problem that needed solving. What we see is just a vanity-project/keeping-up-with-the-POTUSes.)

They're using the BR1-Ish tileset. They do things a little differently over there.
