Game Type:
Vote Mafia
Description:
Vote Mafia is a game with roles built around the aspect of voting or with a Day game focus.
Design Philosophy:
This game type has a low power curve, since actions themselves revolve around the elimination aspects. The idea is to give valuable Day game experience to players that might otherwise be focusing entirely on the Night game.
Rules:
1. At the beginning of the game, all roles in the game will be visible to all participants.
2. Players may always vote, even if they have no vote or their vote counts for 0.
3. At the end of the Day, a Vote Count will show the true count for all players and all visible votes. Eliminations will occur based on this count.
4. In the event of a tie at Day end, multiple players will be eliminated as long as they have more than 2 votes.
5. Hammers are always in effect. Hammers are based off of visible votes only.
Vote Tally - Vote Tallies are displayed throughout the Day. These track all visible votes and display a count based on those numbers. Hammers are calculated based on these displayed votes.
Vote Count - Vote Counts are displayed at the end of the Day. These count all votes as they should be calculated, but display votes as they are visible. Eliminations are calculated based on these displayed counts.
Vote Review - Vote Reviews are only displayed as a result of role actions. There count and display votes as they actually exist.

Changelog:
Change: 2021-02-20
Rewrote most roles.
Split roles into Modifiers and Roles. Modifiers may be applied to any base Role.
Removed Shielded Voter, as it overlapped too much with Super Voter.
Removed Unknown Voter. Player agency was at stake, and having a shifting amount of votes is hard to balance around.
Removed Unlimited Voter. Unlike Infinity Voter, which simply adjusts the vote weight of the voter, Unlimited Voter allowed for broken strategies where all players are eliminated.
Removed Undecided Voter, as it was a mash-up of Super and Random Voter.
Removed Sticky Voter. It has a terrible detection method, and it really just devolves into players using FoS instead of just voting.
Changed Vote Seer to Vote Reviewer for consistency.
Added Heavy Voter, in a method to separate out Double Voter.
Changed rules for known roles. All roles will now be displayed in the first Day post. This change is meant to give players knowledge without having to specifically have them claim it, as well as account for players that may leave the game before this information is divulged.
Changes rules for Vote Counts. Vote Counts are now divided into three sections: Vote Tally, Vote Count, and Vote Reviews.
- Vote Tallies consist of those Votes that are currently visible in thread. They will display a count that is based only on the number of players voting for a player. Vote Tallies are displayed throughout the Day whenever requested by any player.
- Vote Counts consist of an accurate count, but have an inaccurate display of voters. Votes that have been secretly shifted will appear as if they had not been shifted, but the current Vote Count will be displayed. At the end of each Day, a Vote Count will be displayed and any eliminations will occur based on that Vote Count.
- Vote Reviews consist of both an accurate count and an accurate display of voters. Votes that have been secretly shifted will appear correctly.
Changed rules for Secretly Shifted. Votes that are secretly shifted do not move automatically during Vote Counts.
Changed rules for Multiple Voters. Roles with additional votes no longer gain additional vote weight if they voted less than the number of votes they have. This change allows for Multiple Voters to hide their roles if necessary.
