This is the suggestions board. You should have posted in the questions board below this one.

Anyway, it's hard to tell exactly what's going on from your screenshot, but I think you need to make a refuse stockpile and enable gathering corpses from outdoors ({o}rders -> {r}efuse -> {o}utdoors).

As earlier mentioned, there is a severe lack of details or of the question. 

The message is common and can happen for a variety of reasons.
Butcherable corpse isn't close enough is the main one, hence getting a corpse pile next to your butchers so it can happen automatically.  (default is that butchery is automatic when there is a close enough butcherable corpse)
Another reason is that the close corpse isn't butcherable, either because of ethics (generally can't butcher a dwarf or goblin), the corpse doesn't provide things because it's too small, or because it thinks it's a dead dwarf, even though it was just a cow that died of old age or by an enemy force.  (apparently there is some sort of 3rd party utility named dfhack that allows you to get around the last one).
