The number of living powers and megabeasts is at least 1/3 of what it was when the world began.

Ok, what the do with this insight
Is it because there where no hostile activities from my side to the outer world?

Note: Df crashed again, so it is no fun anymore to start over..repeating the same again..no fun at all
I am losing my interest in playing DF unfortanely

Play vanilla. There are two known crash bugs that you're going to encounter during normal fortress play, just don't do what causes them. (Raids, search for specific materials in certain large worlds when adding manager orders). Also switch on seasonal autosave.

Mods, TWBT, these will crash your game. If you're going to use unstable memory hacking tools, quicksave a lot (until quicksave, being a mod, corrupts your save - probably works in latest version. Probably).

Playing vanilla that's not a easy fix  :)

I do make now Quicksaves and Autosaves and AutoBackups and hope this helps.

It's a simple fix. Play with a standard, non-twbt tileset. Play vanilla. If that's really so hard, then yes, don't force yourself to play. Wait until Steam comes out. Non-crashy graphics for all.
