Allow saving in the select item/skill screen

Allow to save at the part of the embark in which one is choosing equipment/skills. Although it is possible to save an embark profile, the embark profile is useless if the skills/items were carefully selected to match the dwarves. This is important as sometimes one needs to turn off the computer while in the process of embarking but more so because oftentimes the game crashes after deciding to embark.

The ability to save while embarking would allow us to report bug that right now are untraceable. We would be able to submit saved embark screens that will lead to a crash and test whether adding or removing particular items or skills or deactivating utilities leads to the crash.
