Just because they're two of my favorite games.
There's an optional enemy called Urist McEnforcer.
He drops the  Crossbow.

Pretty sure Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor has a DF reference in it as well (forget the exact nature of it, one of its artifacts I think has a DF-style description).

I think we should really better document references, because there are some pretty cool ones out there. The original Scribblenauts DS games had the ability to summon dwarfs by typing "urist". They would hunt down and kill elves, would suicidally jump into magma, and were terrified of elephants.
