Well... to be fair, the whispers did have a point... they were greatly unaccepting of his PERFECTLY UNDER CONTROL bodily modification. And he was a bird-man now, he had no ties to such rude humans. Maybe that cat one, she seemed a bit more evolved. But the others? He would do them a favor to awaken them into a greater form!
Maybe it was a bad idea, in the long run.
But he let his IMPULSE run wild after his consideration.

Tactical Hell is sadly, officially... hibernating. It may look dead, but trust me, it's totally still alive somewhere in there.
Like one of those frogs or whatever which freeze solid and have their heart stop over winter, then thaw out in the spring.

Anyway, while this is totally-not-all-the-way-dead, I'll be starting a new unrelated RTD relatively soon. If and When TH returns, I'll make a new thread and probably new or modified rules, to even out the disparity between what I designed the rules to do and the kind of game I'd actually like to GM.
