Interior-only vermin cleanup

How can I get my dwarves to haul vermin remains from *only inside* to a refuse pile?

Looking at memory values, the "gather vermin remains setting" is kept on even after "gather refuse from outside" is turned off. Does that work out for you?

If it does not, something like forbidding all vermin from stocks then mass-designation unforbidding your fortress might work as one-off.
