Entertainer overflow

Do the petitioners to join you for 'entertainment' only ever do so in your tavern? Because I really don't need 6 of them there. The temples would be nice.

Once "entertainer's" and scholars' petitions for citizenship have been accepted they become full citizens (like migrants) and can be given whatever roles you like (i.e. squad leaders, miners, ..., including entertainers at whatever location you want). While only residents the "entertainers" just hang out in the tavern and do the same things as every other patron does, with no more entertainment than anyone else. Scholars actually do research during their residency, and differ from entertainers in that respect, but when they become citizens their citizenship is full as well.
