Please help! Removing alcohol dependency from the dwarves

So I tried to fiddle around with the files and remove the [ALCOHOL DEPENDENT] token that I assume takes care of the issue. But I only found a creature_standard.txt file with the said [ALCOHOL DEPENDENT] token under a dwarf creature. <- And this file seemed like some sort of a Demo in how to set up new creatures

However my only interest is making a pure breed warrior caste village or maybe some religious lunatic association with drug-free dwarves is there any way to fix this?

The creature_standard.txt file includes a tutorial of sorts, but it is also a fully functional raw file that is used for defining several creatures, among them the dwarves. Editing it will affect the dwarves in-game.
Note that you need to either generate a new world after this, or edit the creature_standard.txt found within the proper save folder.

Should i remove the Syndrome_dilution_factor? I assume it's related to the alcohol dependent in some way or am i right here?

The dilution factor should be unrelated to whether they become alcoholics or not. In fact, what it tells you is that dwarves need 1.5x the amount of alcohol to get drunk as an equally big non-dwarf creature would. Removing it would make them drunker.

The only thing you need to do is remove this token:
[ALCOHOL_DEPENDENT]
