Oddly enough, there is no way to ask the dwarves to wait until a given set of items is gone from a minecart, athough you can order the dwarves to wait until a given set is (partially) present.
Moreover, there is no reason for the %weight to increment only in units of 25%.

Also, perhaps this is just my opinion, but the exception conditions where the game rephrases the departure condition to "always" or "never" or "immediately" also make the menu unnecessarily confusing.
