B Eugen von Heeringen, he's the most powerful of our subjects, we should find out what he's planning.

+1 mainly for keeping an eye on Eugen, the first of our subjects with the tools to work out what's going on, reach us and destroy us. The second use of tinker red will also create another stunted pattern to make it more difficult to follow our trail.
