anyone still playing this? I bought it yesterday, and while i can see the potential i find it REALLLY hard to get started. i dont mind the bugs as much, but the collection of food water and gear is a task i have never competed without dieing to a zombie. any tips for this young survivor?

I still play, albeit sporadically.

Best tip I haveto get gear? Look everywhere, including under things and in cars, and dont bother with the look locations from the mod. Either they get picked clean by everyone else or dont hav anything. Instead, go do the pubs, cars (although most of those are empty), near shepard trailers, and in houses and apartments thatdident have interiors before.

Digging up a thread from 2013. Yay.

1.0 is going to be released today and the price of the game will increase.

(According to other sources it's more like v.0.64 and buggy, but we will see).

They have reworked most of the UI and apparently "persistence" is in. So if you place a barrel or something on a server it's going to stay there.

Not expecting too much but I'm going to try it once it's released.
