This mod is based on on my Cultured Mod http://dffd.bay12games.com/file.php?id=14329
This adds significant cultural variations between all individual civilization instances with an added precedence for Martial Prowess.

Also makes all giant non-aquatic creatures trainable for war, and also adds a few new weapons, armor pieces and reblances for existing weapons and armor.
Theres also one new race for the Forest Entity Civilization, "Gorillamen" and also I had completely revamped Ratmen who now also belong to the Evil entity along with the goblins who have been radically changed.
There are many more changes that are far too numerous to list. I've been working on this on and off for months and it's the culmination of several finished but unreleased mods I have made.
