Hey I would think that it would be neat to have academies as sotes. In my view they would function as a place to hone a skill academically. Social and knowledge skills would be practiced here as well as maybe the skill of choice. The academy would fund libraries that collected books on their topic. For this we would need a system that gave book topics a trait and a means for the academy to recognize such traits.
