Probably not in any meaningful way until the economy exists. Player fortresses track exported and produced "wealth", but npc sites are doing neither.

Sites apparently have "stockpiles" of items that their pops have access too, I imagine dfhack could pull up that figure for you for a rough estimation.

The number of animals should correlate with wealth. Large animals are effectively the only useful form of wealth right now, since they defend against missions.

Animal numbers are way out right now. Small hamlets with hundreds of horses are the norm. Can't tell anything from that.
