Dwarf with only head?

I had a dwarf who had no body as a migrant. They had a body when I reloaded and I haven't been able to replicate this. Are my textures bugged?

I've seen a dwarf with no picture in the creatures screen, but that fixed itself.

It was a woodcutter, in case it's uniform-related.

Seen it with children, usually age -1.
