I have come to you today to describe the 50 year basically world war in my modded (read: heavily modded)small world called Fireseed. After the war, only patches of civilization remained in the world. The major powers:
Humans
Good
Just the vanilla humans, nothing special. However this did cause them to lose very badly to some modded content
Elves
Evil
The same hippy, tree hugging, human eating, pointy eared BASTARDS we all hate.
Dwarves
Good
Dem Dorfs, man.
Daleks
Evil
The mutant cybernetic organism that only wants to exterminate. It would have made life easier if they actually attacked elves!
Meglanders
Good
A race of my own creation, the meglish are a mound dwelling pseudo human species. Along with being highly intelligent, the meglish people hold the secret to muskets.
Goomba
Evil
Although technically on the “evil side” the goombas later turned on the elves. These creatures from rotmk were some of the weakest on the battlefield, until they used power ups
Temmies
Good
While physicaly weak, the temmies hold the secret of the real knife, the temy armor and temmie flakes
There were a number of smaller civs in the war like toymakers from TWHM and goblins, but they did not make much of an impact on the outcome.
Chapter One: The invasion and subsequent extermination of the human civilization known as the Humble Trade:
it was a bright and sunny obsidian morning, when all of a sudden, the poor citizens of the hamlet “The Crystal Island” we’re awakened by an elf army at their doorstep. There were about 150 elven soldiers against 10 human troops. Elves, being elves fell on to the human defenses. A farmer, a soap maker, a jeweler and a soldier named Runan Acefallen had died, but not before 50 elves had been slain. However good the victory felt, the human hamlet’s problems were not over. Soon after the elves retreated, a new, more terrifying enemy invaded. Coming in a force only of 5, they shot all they saw. The ones that survived had their sculls crushed. The crossbow bolts bounced off the foes’ shells, as metal weapons were deflected. As they advanced, these foes leveled buildings and killed innocents. As they killed the remaining military members, the central castle of the humans fell to the ground. The Daleks had taken their first victim. As more and more human towns fell to the daleks, only one city remained.
